The Strategic Finance Blueprint gives you a driver-based financial model, realistic operating plan, and margin clarity—delivered in about 10 business days.
You might already have a forecast—maybe even a few versions. But when it's time to make a real decision, you're still guessing. The Blueprint fixes that.
Doesn't show you what happens to cash when you shift channel mix
Can't tell you which products are actually profitable after trade spend and fees
It breaks every time you run a new scenario
Sales, ops, and marketing all use different numbers anyway
The Strategic Finance Blueprint replaces that uncertainty with a model built around your actual business drivers, connected to your actual cash, with scenarios you can actually trust.
What the Blueprint Delivers
A Model That Matches Your Business
3–5 year driver-based forecast by channel, customer, and product—not a generic template. Revenue, margin, OpEx, headcount, and working capital all connect.
2026 Plan You Can Defend
A realistic operating plan with base and downside scenarios that show what has to be true to hit your targets. You'll see how different growth paths affect profitability and cash—before you commit.
Margin Clarity
Contribution margin by channel and product groups, after promos, trade spend, and platform fees. Clear "grow / hold / fix / cut" calls instead of treating everything as "strategic."
13-Week Cash View
An integrated cash roadmap tied back to the annual plan. You'll know your runway, your red-line dates, and the specific levers that extend or compress it.
90-Day Action Plan
5–7 specific priorities across pricing, promos, channel focus, hiring, and spend. Decisions your team can actually execute.
Choose the Blueprint That Fits Your Stage
Same process. Same core model. The difference is how far we go into capital strategy.

Client Testimonials
"Not only is Nick sharp as a whip when it comes to strategic thinking and financial modeling, he's also an absolute pleasure to work with—a rare combination these days. He's always been willing to go the extra mile for me and my company and has continually connected me with his large professional network.
On the deliverable side, he's methodical, gives attention to detail and his recommendations are sound. My company's revenue and expense models are complex, yet Nick took ownership and was able to significantly improve my forecasting capabilities. As a result of our working together I have been much more prepared for meetings with investors."
- Justin Myers - CEO, Explorest
"Nick came in and did up an entire 3-year expense/revenue spreadsheet for my start-up, after a long afternoon going back and forth with me about how I needed to structure and analyze my business. The conversations about how to organize things on my end were invaluable and the spreadsheet (and the continued revisions he has worked with me on) have proven to be the single most important thing that I showed investors during the process of raising my seed round.
I couldn’t recommend Nick more highly. I continue to work with him on my business and he is a trusted advisor."
- Michael Hodson - CEO, OnlyInVR
"I had the pleasure of working with Nick on a nationwide analysis of Labor Markets in the services that we provide. Nick is highly motivated, energetic, and intelligent. Nick was able to quickly understand our needs and learned very quickly what was needed to complete our project. At every step of the project, in regards to research, data collection, analytics, and reporting; Nick proved himself to be very capable and provided quick, accurate results. Nick was always available and prompt in returning results as our project evolved.
I wholeheartedly give Nick Huggins a reference for the services that he and his company provide."
- Tommy Allred - VP Finance & Strategy, HHS
Who the Blueprint Is Built For
Good Fit If:
You're a consumer brand doing multiple seven figures in revenue (typically $2m-10m+)
You sell through multiple channels (wholesale, retail, DTC, Amazon)
Trade spend, platform fees, or inventory are starting to squeeze cash
You have a forecast, but you don't fully trust it—or it isn't driving decisions
You're ready to make real calls on pricing, channel mix, and hiring
Not a Fit If:
You're pre-revenue or pre-product
You're looking primarily for bookkeeping or tax prep
You're not ready to share financials and engage on strategy
You want a long, theoretical strategy project instead of a concrete plan and working model
Built by Someone Who's Sat in the Finance Seat and the Founder Seat
GrowthFrame is led by Nick Huggins
Strategic finance leader with 15+ years across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth consumer brands, and his own wellness supplement brand. He's built and run these models from both the CFO and founder side.
Built for How Consumer Brands Actually Work
Channel economics, platform fees, trade spend, inventory, and margin structures that generic templates miss.
Decisions First, Spreadsheet Second
You leave with a 90-day action plan, not a 50-tab model you'll never open again.
Ready to Stop Guessing?
If your current forecast isn't driving real decisions—or you hesitate to trust it when the stakes are high—the Strategic Finance Blueprint gives you the model, plan, and clarity to move forward with confidence.
How is this different from what my bookkeeper or accountant does?
Bookkeepers record what happened. This is about building a forward-looking model that shows what should happen—and what decisions get you there. Most accounting firms don't do this kind of strategic, driver-based work.
I already have a forecast. Why do I need this?
Most founders do have something. The question is whether it actually models your business drivers, shows you trade-offs between scenarios, connects to cash, and drives decisions. If you're still making big calls based on gut feel, the forecast isn't doing its job.
What do you need from me to get started?
Financials (P&L, balance sheet), sales data by channel/customer/SKU, inventory and AP/AR snapshots, and payroll or headcount info. We'll map it all out in the kickoff call.
What if I'm also thinking about raising capital but not sure yet?
Start with the Operating Blueprint. It gives you the plan and model you need to make that decision clearly. If you decide to raise, we can extend into the Capital Blueprint or ongoing support from there.
Can this lead into ongoing work?
Yes, many clients use the Blueprint as the foundation for ongoing fractional CFO support. But there's no obligation—it's designed to stand on it's own, and you'll walk away with a complete, usable model either way.
